Nittany Church Camping Weekend, August 7-9, 2026 at Prince Gallitzin State Park, Group Site 4

The Nittany Church is rescheduling our camping weekend. Friday, August 7, 2026 through Sunday, August 9, 2026 at the Prince Gallitzin State Park, Organized Group Site 004. Join us for our getaway for Fellowship, Family Fun and Worship Service.

About Camping

Camping at the site is TENT ONLY.  Cabins rentals are possible. But they are across the lake. Please make plans to drive to the campsite if you rent a cabin.

Plan to bring a tent and let us know if you have room to share.  If you do not have a tent we can help make arrangements to accommodate you.

Activities at the Park

  • Volleyball Courts
  • Disc Golf
  • Arts/Craft (planned)

Sunday Worship @ Spring Creek Park

Please Note: Our Sunday Service will be at Spring Creek Park in State College, Held at the regular time for 5:00pm.

  1. About an hour and 15 minutes of travel
  2. Take 99 South/ 322 West
  3. Follow for about 35 miles
  4. Take exit 41 Bellwood
  5. Follow  Rt 865N for 12 miles
  6. Turn left onto PA 253 South
  7. Follow for about 3.5 miles
  8. Turn left onto PA 53
  9. Follow for about 1.5 miles 
  10. Turn right onto Marina/State Park Road
  11. Go for 2.5 miles
  12. Turn right into park entrance at Buck Road
  13. Follow park signs to Group Campsite 004
